1. Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states. We also ship to the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. We are sorry to say that our products are not available overseas. However, we will gladly ship to Canada and Mexico via USPS Priority Mail International.

2. How is my order shipped?
We ship all of our products via USPS Priority Service with a delivery confirmation. At check out, you can choose either USPS Priority Service or USPS Overnight Flat Rate Shipping.
3. How much does shipping cost?
For USPS Priority Service, shipping cost is $6.50 for all contiguous 48 states as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Shipping cost is $13.00 for Canada and Mexico.
For USPS Overnight Flat Rate Shipping, shipping cost is $18.00 for all contiguous 48 states as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
4. How long will it take to receive my merchandise?
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Most of the products we offer are in stock and available for shipment within 1-2 business days of placing your order. For orders shipping to the contiguous 48 states, shipping time will be 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Service. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico or the US Virgin Islands, shipping time will be 4-6 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If your item is to be engraved, please allow an additional 4 business days.
5. What if my shipment is damaged?
Please examine the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged, please contact Customer Service, Info@TempletonSilver.com, within 14 days of receipt date. Please send all original contents to Templeton’s - “Timeless Infant Silver.” Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will either replace it at no charge or issue an in-store credit.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept items returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must arrive back to Templeton’s - “Timeless Infant Silver” in original condition. A store credit will be given for your purchase, less shipping and handling. Engraved items may not be returned unless there is proof of fault by Templeton’s. Please contact Customer Service, Info@TempletonSilver.com, for any questions.
7. Engraving mistakes.
For any engraved item, please check your spelling carefully before submitting your order to us. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes submitted by the customer. If Templeton’s makes an engraving error, we will replace the item at no charge or issue an in-store credit. Please contact Customer Service at Info@TempletonSilver.com.

You have two choices, PayPal and SecureNetShop. Both methods of payment offer the consumer a safe and effective way to expedite your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this payment method. Please note that Amex is only approved with a PayPal payment.

Once you review and accept your order, your card will be charged.
11. Do you charge sales tax?
If shipping within the state of South Carolina, sales tax will be applied based on the county’s sales tax rate. Out-of-state consumers, as well as wholesale clients, will not pay sales tax.

13. What are the product guidelines for your Heirloom Bijou Bracelet™?
While every effort has been made to ensure the durability and safety of our products, this product is not intended for use as a toy. Never place your child to sleep wearing this product. Do not place on delicate clothing. Inspect regularly for any signs of damage or excessive wear that may cause harm to the child. This product does contain small parts, which may pose as a choking hazard. Always use under adult supervision. Buyer assumes all responsibility. This item is double crimped for additional safety.
14. How safe are your Heirloom Bijou Bracelets™?
The lobster clasps are made of stainless steel to ensure quality and safety of our product. Every pacifier holder contains 100% sterling silver seamless beads in the body of the holder. Another quality and safety measure of our product is the sole use of seamless beads. Seamless beads do not split under pressure. All of the beads are strung and double crimped onto a 49 strand nylon coated stainless steel jewelry wire. Our high-quality wire is extremely flexible and can withstand 36 pounds of pressure. Other components include: cats eye beads, high-quality freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl, and pewter beads.

15. How do I care for my Baby Silver?
The safest way to clean Baby Silver is to use plain white toothpaste (non-whitening) or clear soda like 7UP!. Rinse with warm water, then dry completely. Clean product regularly. You can use sterling polish, but please wash with warm soapy water to ensure no residue on the product.
16. How do I become a reseller for your Signature Products?
We gladly welcome all stores’ desire to sell our Heirloom Bijou Bracelet™ and our Teething Necklace. Please contact us via email or phone with your federal tax identification number, as well as your business license. We also require copies of these documents in order to begin the resale process.
